I started this blog in the Summer of 2008 as a way to create a better relationship for myself and food. I struggled with bulimia for several years during and after college and this blog has helped me relearn how to love, trust, and nourish myself with good yummy food!

This blog focuses on easy, fast, and healthy recipes using fresh ingredients that are perfect for those of us with full-time jobs that have little or no time to cook! I believe that having healthy and balanced home cooked meals every night using fresh ingredients is a way for families to bond and spend time together and the purpose of this blog is to show everyone that no matter how busy you are you can make time to cook for your family!
